Make a Reservation

  • Can you walk me through the booking process?
    Our online booking system is secure and has an easy to use structure. You will be guided through each stage of the booking where you will be able to:

    • Make payments online and process your final payment
    • Add equipment rental
    • Request a mid-stay clean
    • Request an early/late arrival and departure time.
    • Once you book a reservation with Welcome Homes USA you will receive a confirmation email for your records.

  • What is required to secure a reservation?
    After you have chosen the home for your vacation, you can either reserve the property online or speak to our reservations team on 1-800-818-4552 free. A reservation can be secured with a $200 deposit which is applied to your rental cost. At 30 days the remaining balance of the reservation is to be paid in full.
  • Do you offer group rates on multiple home bookings?
    Yes, As Welcome Homes USA directly manage the properties on our website, we are able to accommodate group bookings and therefore offer preferred rates. Our reservations team can work with you on dates, locations and type of homes required to create your perfect vacation our reservations team can be contacted on 1-800-818-4552 free
  • When are Check in and check out times?
    Check in Time is 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out Time is 10am on the day of your departure. Early check in and late check outs are possible, if you require a late check out or early check in, please contact reservations on 1-800-818-4552 to request one. We will strive to implement your request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee your request. If available, there is an additional fee for this service.
  • When are your office Hours?
    Our office hours are from Mon – Fri from 9am to 5pm, we do offer all our guest a 24/7 phone line service in case of emergencies. This number will made available to you prior to your arrival.
  • What is Accidental Damage Waiver?
    There is an Accidental Damage Waiver fee for each reservation. The Fee will cover you against Accidental damage up to a value that is associated with the size of the property you are booking. The fee will only cover accidental damage to the property to a specific value. The fee will not cover intentional damage or damage caused by gross negligence.   • What will I be responsible for, when I check out?
    When you check out, we ask that you lock all windows and doors to the property and leave any keys that may be given to you for the property in the location where you received them
  • How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Welcome Homes USA?
    All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain Welcomehomesusa.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation. Expect a second email with final confirmation and arrival instructions after your final payment has been applied to the reservation, 30 days from arrival. Door codes and directions will be sent within 10 days of your arrival. If you have not received these emails and you have adjusted your spam filters, please contact our reservations team on 1-800-818-4552
  • Do you have a lost and found?
    Yes we do, if you have left something in the property and we find it we can arrange the shipping of the item to you. Please contact Guest relations on 407-390-900 ext. 2.
  • How do I order the items on your BBQ and Hire Equipment page
    All the items can be purchased as part of the online booking process, they can also be purchased at anytime by calling reservations on 1-800-818-4552. If the is a particular item you require that is not on the list, please call us. The chances are we will be able to organize it for you.

    • What Is a “Smart Home”?
      Some of our properties have intelligent home automation systems and is referred to as a smart home. The Home automation system remotely monitors critical home systems such as the door lock, AC thermostat and Pool Heat. The monitoring system is not only connected to a serviced call canter but is also connected to our office. If the home you book has a Smart home service, we will supply you with the relevant information for the system
    • How many people are allowed at the property?
      Occupancy must not exceed what is posted for each home on our website. In Addition, only people named on your guest registration form is allowed in to the property. No other persons are allowed to stay at the property.
    • Are the pools heated?
      Yes, all the pools and/or spa are available with heat during Oct 1st – Apr 14th. Pool Heat can be requested during these months as part of your reservation. Pool Heat does carry an additional charge, please contact reservation on 1-800-818-4552
    • What is considered a master bedroom?
      Check in Time is 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out Time is 10am on the day of your departure. Early check in and late check outs are possible, if you require a late check out or early check in, please A master bedroom will contain either a queen or king bed with TV, nightstand, dresser or chest, a closet and private access to bathroom facilities.
    • Are linens and towels provided?
      Yes, all homes have bed linens and towels provided, Towels include hand, wash and bath towels. Please note the towels are not to be used at beaches or water parks.
    • Is there a telephone at the property?
      Yes, all homes have a telephone. Phone calls to the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico are free. All other phone calls are blocked.
    • Is there internet service available?
      Yes, all of our properties have an internet, Wi-Fi service. Details on how to connect are located in the property information packs.
    • Do you allow Pets?
      Pets are generally not allowed in our Homes. Extenuating circumstances may be approved upon request. However, this is not guaranteed. Please contact reservations on 1-800-818-4552 with your request.
    • Is there Air conditioning and Pool Heat?
      All of our homes have Air Conditioning and Heat available throughout your stay.
    • Do the homes have a fully equipped kitchen?
      Yes, every home has a fully equipped kitchen, including but not limited to Dine ware, plates bowls cooking utensils, pans, pots, toasters, coffee machines, can and bottle openers, dish cloths, dishwashers etc.
    • Are the properties cleaned daily?
      No, All our properties are cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. You can request a mid-stay clean at an additional charge, this can be arranged at time of booking, please contact reservations on 1-800-818-4552.
    • Are the homes non Smoking?
      Yes, all of our homes are non-smoking, smoking is not permitted on the property which includes any pool areas. If you book a condo or townhouse or if the home is on a community, please observe any additional non-smoking rules that may also apply.
    • Is there multiple car parking, RV, buses or trailer parking facilities?
      All our Homes have driveways with the facility to park one or more vehicles. Generally, parking on the street is not permitted for periods of more than one night. Condos and Townhouse have multiple car parking spaces available. If you are concerned about car parking as you have a large party, plea make sure to verify car parking space during your booking by calling reservation on 1-800-818-4552. RV buses and trailer parking is generally not permitted as space is often the issue. Please contact reservation on 1-800-818-4552 if you wish to double check availability.
